Don't ever let anyone tell you Richard Hell & the Voidoids aren't one of the greatest bands off all time. Being underrated and/or lumped in with bands lesser than them does not equal suckiness. The truth of the matter is Hell's lyrics elevated punk writing to poetry and Robert Quine completely reinvented rock n roll guitar playing. I don't know why they aren't hailed as kings as they well should be :(

FRIDAY AUGUST 20TH
HEY! we are ultra fired up for this show. woven bones are one of the best bands going right now and they are also some of our best friends. due to living in different cities and constant touring, we almost never see each other so playing together is obviously extra special for us. heavy hawaii are also great friends and one of the most promising new bands i've heard in a long time. they have a new record coming out on art fag recordings that absolutely kills!! do not miss this show!
