We are not necessarily the most political cats in the world but this is bullshit. The US House of Representatives has voted to bar federal funding for Planned Parenthood, the largest nationwide organization in the states that offers free or low cost reproductive health care. So in other words, they are saying "If you are poor and think you may have an STD or might be pregnant or are worried you have cervical cancer, go fuck yourself." Doesn't really matter what your political stances are, most sane people can agree that everyone, regardless of insurance or income, should be able to get their ding-dong looked at if they think they have a problem or get free cock-socks if they need them.
